If you have made a purchase but your Credits haven't appeared in your account, don't worry - we are here to help! Most transactions are instant, but occasionally there can be a slight delay between the App Store/Play Store and our servers.
To help us track down your missing items as fast as possible, please [Submit a Ticket] to our support team with the following details:
1. Your Club ID: (Found in your Settings menu).
2. Date & Time: When exactly did you make the purchase?
3. Proof of Purchase: Please attach a screenshot or copy of your official receipt (from Apple, Google, or your payment provider).
⚠️ Warning: For security and verification, we must have the receipt that includes the Transaction ID or Order Number. We cannot process a manual credit without this confirmation.
