How do I transfer my club to a new device?

Moving your club to a new device is simple. Depending on whether you use social media or prefer a manual transfer, follow the steps below to ensure you don't lose your progress.

The easiest way to move your club - including moving between an iPhone and an Android device - is to link your account to Facebook.

1. On your old phone: Go to Settings and tap "Connect to Facebook."

2. On your new phone: Download Pro 11 and select "I already have a club" on the start screen.

3. Log in: Use the same Facebook credentials, and your club will load instantly.

If you prefer not to use Facebook, our support team can move your club for you. This is a manual process that requires two pieces of information:

1: Locate your Old Club ID. Try to find your old ID (check old screenshots or search via a new account in-game to look at your club profile).

2: Create a New "Temporary" Club. Start the game and create a fresh club.

Go to your new club's settings and note down this ID.

3: Contact Support! Send an email to [e-mail] or use the "Submit a Ticket" button. Include both IDs and clearly state: "I want to replace [New ID] with my lost club [Old ID]."
