Don’t worry, manager! Whether you’ve lost your phone, bought a new one, or just reinstalled the app, your progress is usually recoverable. Follow the steps below based on how your account was set up.
✅ You connected your club to Facebook
If you previously linked your club via the in-game settings, recovery is instant.
Step 1: Download and open Pro 11 on your new device.
Step 2: On the starting screen, select "I already have a club."
Step 3: Log in with your Facebook credentials, and your squad will be restored immediately.
Note: You can also do this by creating a "guest" club, going to Settings, and clicking Connect to Facebook there.
❌ You did NOT connect to Facebook
If your account wasn't linked, our support team will need to move your data manually. To help us find your club, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Locate your Old Club ID. Try to find your old ID (check old screenshots or search via a new account in-game to look at your club profile).
Step 2: Create a New "Temporary" Club. Start the game and create a fresh club.
Go to your new club's settings and note down this ID.
Step 3: Contact Support! Send an email to support@trophy-games.com or use the "Submit a Ticket" button. Include both IDs and clearly state: "I want to replace [New ID] with my lost club [Old ID]."
⚠️ Warning: 60 days of inactivity will inactivate your club. This is non-reversable/restorable.
