Building a world-class squad is a marathon, not a sprint. Here is some advice we have for you:

Establish a Daily Routine

Success starts with consistency.

- Daily training is the only way to ensure your squad reaches its potential.

- Perform your Youth Pull daily. Do this every single day without fail to find the next generation of talent.

-  Completing your fixtures ensures a steady flow of match-day revenue and league progression.

Phase Out the "Grey" Cards

Your starting squad is made up of Common (grey card) players. While they are fine for your first few games, they have low ceilings.

Do not invest too much into buying more grey cards from the transfer list. Focus your energy on finding and developing players with higher rarity tiers.

Prioritize Youth Development
Your Youth Academy is the most important part of your club.

Be patient! Youngsters won’t be superstars overnight. Give them 1–2 seasons before you expect them to become better.

Never sell your best youth prospects in your early seasons. These players are the future "spine" of your team and will eventually be worth much more than they are today.

Fund Your Growth

You can't improve without money.

- Always have active sponsors to cover your daily operating costs.

- Aim for a top 7 finish. Higher leagues provide significantly more TV money and better prize rewards.
