Training is how you develop your players from raw prospects into world-class stars. There are three ways to improve your squad, each serving a different purpose for a player's development.
Daily Team Training
Every day, you can play a dribble mini-game to train your entire team. Your performance determines the effectiveness: your base score is 100% + your mini-game score. If you miss a day, your assistant takes over, but they only provide a 90% training level. Consistent daily training is required for a player to reach the "Career Potential" shown on their player card.
Personal Training
You can give individual players personal training sessions at any time. Each session grants a permanent +3 attribute points. The cost of these sessions increases with use but resets to zero at the start of every new season.
Training Camps
You can send players to up to 9 training camps per season. These function like daily training but offer three different levels of intensity. Like personal training, the prices for camps reset each season.
💡 Tip: While daily training helps a player reach their current potential, Personal Training and Training Camps are different - they actually increase that potential permanently. By using these, you expand the limit of how good a player can eventually become. This is essential for maximizing a player’s market value and ensuring they reach elite quality later in their career.
